I just used a peacock feather and some lacy stuff for mine! the inside is piano sheet music, because I thought that it would look cool. Altogether super fun, but the hard part for me was trying to get my machine to sew the plastic :( I used a Pride And Prejudice quote too :) my favorite one ever.
