You Will Need (10 things)

  • Small Tin Bucket
  • Wood Stick
  • Floral Styrofoam
  • Hot Glue
  • Whole Coffee Beans
  • Round Cotton Swabs Pads
  • Brown Yarn
  • Acrylic Brown Paint
  • (Old or Decorative) Skeleton Key
  • Pink or Red Raffia Ribbon

Steps (10 steps, 120 minutes)

    Gather some cardboard.

    Cut out 2 heart shapes the same size.

  3. 3

    Glue a wooden stick inside of both hearts.

  4. 4

    On both sides hot glue several cotton facial pads all over to build up heart shape. (Can use cotton batting)

    Using brown yarn, continuously wrap the heart until most of the heart is covered.

  6. 6

    Take brown acrylic paint and touch up areas where the white cotton is still exposed.

    Hot glue whole coffee beans until heart shape is completely covered.

  8. 8

    Put hard Styrofoam in a small tin bucket and stick heart topiary in Styrofoam base.

    Hot glue whole coffee beans all over Styrofoam base until completely covered.

    Add a pink or red raffia bow. (Optional glue a special message and skeleton key to the front of the heart).
