i made this for my grandfather whos not allowed to eat meat and he waqs getting tired of the same old food. he enjoyed it and hope you will to :)

You will need

Rice white or brown Curry sauce Vegetables (ifr you donbt want to buy seperate vegetables you can always buy the stirfry packs fro the grocerey store) Cod Croutons

i made this for my grandfather whos not allowed to eat meat and he waqs getting tired of the same old food. he enjoyed it and hope you will to :)

Instructions

1. 

   i chopped up the peices off cod and tossed them in to a sauce pan i then seasoned the fish with different spices and some crushed crutons, with a bit of hot sauce

2. 

   after the fish was cooked, i added the vegtables while this was going on i put the rice on the stove to cook as well

3. 

   when the vegtables were cooked i added the cury then mixed it around to make sure everything was covered i used chinese curry

4. 

   when you rice is cooked place it into a bowl and add the curryed cod and vegtables ontop then yoiur done and ready to enjoy
