- 2 Large Coconut s
- 1 ½ cup Coconut Milk
- ⅗ cup Organic Cane Sugar
- ⅗ cup Purified Water
- ½ Pure Vanilla Bean
- 1 tsp Golden Maple Syrup

*Crack coconuts and roast in the oven at 375 degrees for 25 mins. Scrape the fruit and add coconut milk. Over medium heat, combine sugar, water, and vanilla bean to create a simple syrup. Combine all the ingredients and add maple syrup. Puree together until mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour into molds and freeze for 6 hours or until fully frozen. Serve and enjoy.
