These are a moist & tasty treat.

You will need

1 3/4 cup Plain Flour 1/3 cup Sugar 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda 1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 cup Coconut 1 cup Buttermilk 2 Eggs 2 tsp Vanilla 2 oz Butter Melted

These are a moist & tasty treat.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 200 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together.

2. 

   Mix all wet ingredients together.

3. 

   Combine wet & dry ingredients together along with the butter. Stir until just combined.

4. 

   Bake for 20 - 22 mins until cooked through.

5. 

   Cool completely & serve.
