A woman was selling something similar to this in NY, my mom & I decided to make our own yummy version.

You Will Need (4 things)
- 15 oz 1 Coconut Milk can
- 11 ⅘ oz Coconut Water can
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Steps (4 steps, 10 minutes)

You will need:
1-15 oz. can Cream of Coconut
1-11.8 oz. can Coconut Water
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar (can use sugar substitute)
1 tsp Vanilla extract (imitation is fine)
3-12 cups you can freeze - the size of the cups will determine how many you need (I bought large heavy plastic cups that can be taken to go) -

Mix all ingredients (except cups- haha) together in a bowl with a side spout you can pour from (or use a ladle, if you do not have this type of bowl). Stir until you are fairly sure all the sugar is dissolved.

Pour into cups & place in freezer on a level area that will not be disturbed for a while. I chose the door panel)

You may also freeze this in a single bowl. I just prefer individual servings. -

Freeze until solid & enjoy! Just remember, the larger the amount you're freezing, the longer it takes. So, small cups would freeze faster.
