You Will Need (7 things)

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/2 cup Coconut Milk

  • Extra

  • 1/4 cup Coconut

Steps (5 steps, 70 minutes)

    Whisk the eggs, sugar & vanilla.

    Add cream & coconut milk.

    Mix together.

  3. 3

    Pour into the machine.

    Churn according to machine instructions. Approx 55 mins.

  4. 4

    Fold in coconut.

    Pour into a tub & freeze until needed.

  5. 5

    Serve.
