This pie is super easy to make. It makes its own crust to hold the filling. It is best left overnight in the fridge to set up.

You will need

2 cup Milk 1 cup Coconut 4 Eggs 1 tsp Vanilla 1/2 cup Flour 8 tbsp Butter 3/4 cup Sugar 1/4 tsp Nutmeg

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 350/180 degrees. Mix all ingredients together.

2. 

   Pour into a pie dish. The mixture will be very runny.

3. 

   Cook for 45 mins.

4. 

   Allow to cool. Cut & serve.
