An easy to make biscuit. You can coat with chocolate if you like.

You will need

125 g Butter 125 g Sugar 3 cup Coconut 35 g Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 Egg Chocolate 1 tsp Vanilla

An easy to make biscuit. You can coat with chocolate if you like.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 180 degrees. Cream butter & sugar together.

2. 

   Add egg & vanilla. Stir to combine.

3. 

   Stir in flour, coconut & baking powder.

4. 

   Scoop the mixture onto a tray. You may need to squeeze it together. Bake for 15 mins until golden brown.

5. 

   Cool.

6. 

   Coat the underside with melted chocolate.

7. 

   Serve.
