Quick & easy to make coconut & chocolate tart. It an be made in advance & kept in the fridge until needed.
Quick & easy to make coconut & chocolate tart. It an be made in advance & kept in the fridge until needed.
Heat oven 200 degrees. Line tin with pastry. Blind bake for 15 mins. Remove beans & cook til done. Remove from the oven & cool.
Heat milk in a pan. Pour over chocolate & allow to sit for a minute. Stir to combine & smooth. Add vanilla. Stir through.
Pour into pastry case. Allow to set for 1 hr.
Add the coconut to the top.
Cut & serve.
