MONDAY Breakfast - Perfect Healthy Start to the Week

About
Born out of the need to use up some overripe bananas, these gluten free/dairy free freeze bite (energy balls) are one of the most-eaten breakfasts in our house. They are so easy to make that you can knock up a batch in about 10 to 15 minutes. Store them in the freezer and grab a couple on your way out the door when you're running late.
Made with oats, nuts, fruit, and unrefined sugars, they are not only healthy and fun but they avoid food-waste too!
We LOVE them..... We hope you do too!
