You will need

Glitter Glue Glue Gun Semi Cardboard is the one which is used ad notebook cover or such... Snaps Or Velcro

learn how to make your own clutch from a semi or thin cardboard!!!!!! yeah seriously its homemade :p as well totally recyclable...now no need to spend money on expensive clutches

Instructions

1. 

   take a thin cardboard like that of a notebook cover

2. 

   fold it another side atleast 2cm inwards as shown

3. 

   now on a plastic sheet (prefer cloth material) trace the outlines by folding the cardboard

4. 

   as this (i took a paper sheet to clarify what to do actually)

5. 

   then draw outlines as shown

6. 

   and cut two such pieces also cut the lines highlighted in orange color

7. 

   then paste your plastic sheet/cloth piece as shown in U shape with glue gun

8. 

   close view

9. 

   you have to make it such that it forms this kinda V shape > < as shown in the image

10. 

    now take some velcros...i know snap fasteners buttons are used in clutches but they wont go well with this homemade purse so i used velcro

11. 

    and paste one type on each side as shown

12. 

    make sure the closing of clutch is proper

13. 

    now cover with some glitter glue (if you wish you can even paint it) and let it dry

14. 

    then paste a cute decoration at the side like bow or flower or anything

15. 

    and then you are done

16. 

    and .NOW its ready to store money :p
