You Will Need (11 things)
- 1 ½ cup Apple Juice
- 3 tbsp Local Honey
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 7 ½ cup (1lb 14 oz) Rolled Oats
- 1 3/10 cup (6 ounces) wheat Bran
- 1 ¼ cup (6 ounces) Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 ¼ cup (6 ounces) Sunflower Seeds
- 1 ⅗ cup (6 ounces) Sliced Almonds
- 1 ¾ tsp (1/2 ounce) kosher or Sea Salt
- 2 ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 cup Raisins

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Combine the apple juice and honey in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Combine the oats, wheat bran, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Pour the hot apple juice mixture over the oat mixture and mix just until it begins to hold together in clumps.

Spread the mixture in thin, even layers on 2 rimmed baking sheets. Bake until the granola is golden brown and dry, 30 to 40 minutes; stir the mixture and rotate the baking sheets in the oven every 15 minutes. Let the granola cool completely before stirring in raisins. Store in an airtight container.
