I have been using this toothpaste for the last few months. I was forced to use store bought toothpaste once and it was horrible lol Once you get used to this, it feels like home : ) Remember to rinse really good after brushing too! I'd love to hear what you think if you try it.

You will need

2 tsp Ground Cinnamon 4 tsp Baking Soda 4 tsp Water i used an old jam jar. Glass Jar any size works

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in quantities listed above. It will be a little runny. Continue adding baking soda with hints of cinnamon until it becomes a thicker gel type paste. Keep in a jar with a lid-lasts as long it takes to use.
