    Line a tin/pan. Pre-heat oven 350.

    For Strusel.... Mix sugar, salt, flour, and cinnamon. Add the melted butter to combined. Set the topping aside.

    For the filling... Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and cocoa powder. Set it aside.

    For the cake... Rub together the butter, salt, sugars, flour & baking powder until combined Mix the eggs, vanilla, yogurt & milk in another bowl. Mix dry & wet ingredients together until combined.

    Pour/spread half the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the filling evenly on top of the batter. Spread the remaining batter on top of the filling. Use a table knife to gently swirl the filling into the batter. Sprinkle the topping over the batter in the pan.

    Bake the cake until a toothpick or cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean, approx 50 to 55 minutes. Leave to cool in the tin/pan for 20 mins before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
