These are soft, sweet & delicious. You can use bread flour in this recipe if you have it.
In a bowl combine milk, yeast, sugar, salt, butter & egg. Mix to incorporate.
Add the flour. Knead with a dough hook until a soft, tacky dough is formed. You may need to add more flour to achieve this..
Oil the bowl. Cover the dough & let rise for 1 hr until double in size.
Lightly knead the dough. Roll out to a 12"-18" rectangular shape.
Filling... Brush the dough with the butter.
Combine the sugar & cinnamon. Pour over the butter.
Roll up the dough.
Cut into 1"pieces. Place on to a tray. Cover & leave to rise for 30-45 mins.
Heat oven 160 degrees. Bake the buns for 20-30 mins until golden brown.
Glaze... Combine the butter & cream cheese.
Add the icing sugar. Stir to combine.
Add the vanilla & milk to make a spreadable consistency.
Spread over the Buns.
Serve while still warm.
