Cinnamon Bread

Goes perfectly with a cup of coffee or cocoa milk. You can put in it whatever you like ( chocolate bars, dry fruit, apples, corn flakes etc.)

You Will Need (5 things)
- 1 tea spoon Baking Powder
- 1 cup of Yoghurt
- 1 cup of Sugar
- 2 Cups Of Flour
- 1 tea spoon Cinnamon
Steps (3 steps, 60 minutes)

Put the yoghurt, flour, sugar, the backing powder, the cinnamon and mix it all together really well until you have a smooth mixture.

Take a teflon container ( in any shape you like it ), spread on the bootom of it some oil ( about 1 tea spoon). Then pour the mixture in it and put in the preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180C.

When it is done take it out and leave it aside untill you prepare a sugar syrup. Boil 1 cup of water and 6 spoons of sugar, then pour it over the bread. Leave it about 1 2 hours and then eat it! :)
