Boil the water with the sugar and salt.
Remove from the heat and mix in the flour.
Place in a jug and beat in the eggs.
Place inside an icer and squeeze out some long sticks.
Heat up a pan with oil and fry the churros until golden.
Remove churros from oil and rub in sugar or cinnamon.
Heat a cup of the milk and the chocolate together until the chocolate has dissolved.
Pour in the second cup of milk and then leave to heat up before serving.
