Sooo good.
I didn't use a pastry bag, I just did little clumps. They taste delicious, like a doughnut. I covered them with sugar and cinnamon for a sweet and spicy tang.

Churros is a Spanish word, so you are not dumb at all. Basically they are small sweet pastry sticks that you deep fry and cover in sugar or cinnamon. Very tasty.
Thanks sweetie, I might take you up on that. I have been to Spain a couple of times, Majorca, Gibraltar and the Costa Del Sol, very lovely.

I'm trying to do this thing where I concentrate on cooking from one part of the world for a couple of weeks and then move on, the first was Spain. xx
I'm definitely addicted to your site.
