this is my first craft project so i hope you can understand it!!!
these are super cut mice and are great for last minute decorations o just cute treats to bring out on christmas day!
its a quick, simple decoration and are great for kids to try.
i was inspired by mice and cady canes, two well known christmas icons, put them together and you get candy cane mice!!!

You Will Need (7 things)
- any Glue
- red Paper
- Green Paper
- 10 Candy Canes
- optional Tape
- black Marker Pen
- Scissors
Steps (15 steps, 20 minutes)

gather all of your supplies

with your pencil draw an oval-ish shape on your red paper.

cut out that shape. this will become the mouse body.

get your green paper and cut out 2 tear drop shapes to become the ears. i did mine 2 slightly different sizes because i think it looks better when its on the mouse.

lay your shapes down.

put a small drop of glue on the back of the tear drops near the 'pointy' end.

put the ears onto the body near the top of the body as the picture shows.

wait for the glue to dry for a few minutes

tock. -

get your black marker and draw then colour a small black dot at the end of the face to become the nose.

add 2 smaller dots for eyes.

get your cello tape and fold it over itself to create a lope with sticky side out and stick it on the back of the body.

stick the candy cane onto the tape then flip over.

put a letter/word onto it (optional).

hang on your tree.

your finished the mice will look great if part of a word or hung together!!!
