Easy to make and a delicious treat.
Heat oven 220 degrees. Pastry... Melt together the butter & water. Bring to the boil. Remove from the heat.
Add flour and beat until smooth. Allow to cool a little.
Gradually add the eggs.
Pipe or spoon the pastry on to a tray. Bake for 20-25 mins. Allow to cool.
Filling... Whisk the cream, vanilla & icing sugar together until thickened.
Fold in the custard.
Split the pastry in half. Fill with custard filling.
Topping... Melt chocolate & butter together. Spread the chocolate over the top of the bun.
Serve.
