Spicy penne all'arrabbiata with chilli and Quorn chorizo

Adding Chazwinkle's Tomato & Chilli to the sauce made this dish a breeze to cook, adding a deliciously sweet but not too spicy tang to the recipe.

You Will Need (9 things)

  • 190 ml Chazwinkles Tomato & Chilli Tomato Sauce
  • 75 g Quorn Chorizo
  • 200 g Fresh Penne
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp Chillies
  • 2 tsp Dried Herbs
  • Fresh Basil
  • Salt and Pepper

Steps (9 steps, 15 minutes)

    Slice the Quorn chorizo and garlic.

    Heat a little olive oil in a sauce pan and add the chopped garlic.

    Before you begin, put on a pan of water to boil and then add the pasta to cook.

    Stir in the chilli flakes and dried herbs.

    Add the Quorn chorizo and cook for a few minutes.

    Add the tomato sauce.

    Stir in the cooked pasta and season with salt and pepper.

    Divide into two bowls.

    Top with fresh basil and serve.
