You Will Need (16 things)

Base
- 6 oz Digestive Biscuits Crushed
- 4 oz Butter
- 2 oz Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cocoa
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 oz Coconut
- 1 Egg

Custard
- 1 oz Butter
- 6 oz Icing Sugar
- 2 tbsp Custard Powder
- 1-2 tbsp Milk

Topping
- 4 oz Chocolate
- 1 oz Butter
Steps (9 steps, 30 minutes)

Base...
In a pot melt the butter sugar & cocoa.
Set aside to cool.

Add in the egg & vanilla.
Beat to combine.

In a bowl combine the digestives & coconut.
Pour in the egg mixture.
Stir to combine.

Press into a tray.
Set aside.

Custard...
Cream the butter, custard powder & icing sugar together.
Add a little milk to make it spreadable..

Spread over the base.
Set aside until set.

Topping...
Melt the chocolate & butter together.

Pour over the base & custard.
Set aside to set up.

Cut & serve.
