Made to look like Scotch Eggs but sweet & tasty treat. Top tips... wet your hands before rolling the eggs in brownie, place in the fridge to set for 20 mins before serving.
Made to look like Scotch Eggs but sweet & tasty treat. Top tips... wet your hands before rolling the eggs in brownie, place in the fridge to set for 20 mins before serving.
Heat oven 325/162 degrees. Brownies... Heat oil until warm but not hot. Add cocoa. Mix until smooth. Set aside for 5 mins.
In a bowl beat together vanilla, eggs, icing sugar & brown sugar until light & pale.
Mix in half the cocoa mixture. Continue to mix until well combined.
Add the flour, baking powder & salt to the mixture. Mix to combine.
Add remaining cocoa. Mix until smooth & shiny.
Pour into a tray. Bake for 20-24 mins. Allow to cool completely.
Cut brownies. Wrap around the cream egg.
Dip/roll in crumbs.
Serve.
