Step 1In a pan sift together sugar, cocoa, corn flour & salt.

Step 2Place pan on a medium heat & stir in the milk.
Bring to the boil & stir continuously until thickened.

Step 3Remove from the heat & stir in the butter & vanilla.

Step 4Pour into dishes & cover with cling film.
Allow to cool completely.
Place in the fridge until cold & set.

Step 5Sprinkle with white chocolate.
Serve.
