Description

An easy to make chocolate based sweet pizza. Keep in the fridge, but let it sit on the side for 20 minutes serving.

Instructions

  1. Small img 0103

First assemble your toppings. I used fizzy cola bottles, fudge, jazzies, marshmallows and white chocolate. Cut the marshmallows in half with scissors and slice the fudge into quarters. Grate the white chocolate and keep it in the fridge if your kitchen is warm.

Grease with oil and line your pizza tray/circular baking tray with the greaseproof paper. Pour a dash of oil on the greaseproof paper and wipe around, this makes freeing your pizza from the pan easier later.

  3. Small melted choc

I recommend melting half of your chocolate at a time. Break the chocolate into squares, place in the Pyrex bowl. Bring a small amount of water (enough that will just touch the base of your bowl when you place it on the pan) to the boil. Reduce to a simmer before adding the bowl. Stir occasionally until fully melted.

Pour the chocolate into the lined baking tray and spread equally(ish) with a spoon. Repeat the last step with the rest of the chocolate, smoothing with a spoon at the end. It doesn't have to be perfect. Let the base cool for about 10 mins so the sweets don't sink straight to the bottom.

This is the best bit! Decorate your pizza with sweets and finish by sprinkling with white chocolate.

After decorating, put the pizza tray flat in the fridge for about an hour. You want the base to be really set before you get it out. You should be able to pick it up by the greaseproof paper. Ease the pizza out of the paper by loosening the sides, then all the way round the underneath.

Enjoy! If you're still feeling creative, follow step 2 using a small cake tin and add the remaining marshmallows and fudge. Bake in the over at 180 for 5-10 minutes or until the marshmallows are looking toasty/melty. Meanwhile, melt your remaining chocolate. When the marshmallows and fudge are ready, remove from the oven and pour over the last of the chocolate. Sprinkle with jazzies and anything else delicious you can find.
