Made this recipe for Thanksgiving Dinner. It was a hit and it was very easy to make.

Instructions

  1. Small image

    I made the crust with 2 cups crushed graham crackers, 6 tbsp melted butter. Mixed them together and spread it on a greased pie dish. Baked at 350 degrees for 8 minutes and let it cool down.

    Melt the chocolate chips with 2 tbsp heavy whip cream on the microwave for about 30 seconds

    Spread the chocolate on the crust and let it harden.

  4. Small image

    Add the peanut butter and the cream cheese to a bowl and blend until smooth.

  5. Small image

    Add the powder sugar and the vanilla. Blend until smooth. Don't forget to scrape the sides.

    Add 8 oz of cool whip and blend again.

    Add the mix to the pie crust and let it sit in the freezer for an hour so it can set.

  8. OPTIONAL- melt some chocolate and decorate the top of the pie. Add some whip cream and it is ready to serve.
