This is a great, easy to make ahead dish.
You can use dark, milk or white chocolate.

You Will Need (5 things)
- 600ml Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 200 g Chocolate
- 2 tsp Gelatine
- 1/4 cup boiling Water
Steps (6 steps, 15 minutes)

Oil the serving dishes.
Heat cream & sugar in a pan until warm.

Combine the water & gelatine.
Allow to sit for 2 mins.

Add the chocolate to the cream mixture.
Stir until the chocolate has melted.

Add the gelatine mixture to the chocolate mixture.
Stir to combine.

Pour into dishes.
Allow to cool then refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
