You will need

75 g Sugar 150 g Butter 200 g Plain Flour 25 g Corn Flour 100 g Chocolate Chips

Great taste & crunch.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 180 degrees. Cream butter & sugar together.

2. 

   Add chocolate chips.

3. 

   Mix in flour & corn flour. Mix to form a stiff dough.

4. 

   Roll out dough to 1 cm. Cut out the shortbread. Place on tray. Bake for 15-20 mins.

5. 

   Serve.
