You Will Need (8 things)

  • ½ cup Dried Fruit (e.g., raisins and cranberries)
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • ½ cup Peanuts (or other nut)
  • ½ cup Caschew
  • ½ cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • ½ cup vegan Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tbsp Agave Nectar or maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Steps (1 step, 10 minutes)

    In a food processor, blend all ingredients until mixture starts to pull away from the sides of the mixer and forms a dough. Transfer to a dry cutting board and shape into a loaf. Slice into bars. Wrap each bar in plastic wrap and keep in freezer until needed. Makes 6-10 bars.
