Easy to make. The recipe can easily be doubled. You can fill with anything you like.
Easy to make. The recipe can easily be doubled. You can fill with anything you like.
Heat oven 220 degrees. Pastry... Melt butter & water together until butter has melted & water is just boiling. Remove from the heat.
Add flour. Stir through to form a smooth dough.
Slowly add eggs & beat well until dough is shiny & smooth.
Pour into a piping bag & pipe lines of dough. Bake for 20-25 mins. Cool completely.
Filling... Whip the cream & icing sugar together. Add the vanilla. Fill the eclair with cream.
Topping... Melt the chocolate & butter together. Top the eclair with chocolate. Allow to set.
Serve.
