Instructions

  1. Small image

Place approximately water into a large sauce pan (you can use less water but my saucepan is fairly large). Just make sure the watt isn't touching the bowl your about to out in top. Heat water over medium to high heat

  2. Small image

Place chocolate into a large bowl that will permit you to sit it onto of the saucepan without falling in. Place onto sauce pan and begin to stir with a spatula

  3. Small image

As it melts scrape down the side of the bowl with a spatula.

  4. Small image

Remove from heat once completely melted and their is no lumps

  5. Small image

Gently spoon chocolate into mould trying not to over fill, if you do, at the end scrap any excess off and smooth off the tops, gently tap in bench to remove any air bubbles

  6. Small image

Place into the fridge if you need chocolate to set in a hurry or just leave on bench to set. Place into an air tight container in the cupboard until needed
