If you love chocolate (duh) and marshmallows then this is the recipe for you! Make sure you double the quantity if you don't live alone ;)

You will need

1 Egg ¼ cup Butter ½ Cup brown sugar Vanilia Extract 1 cup All Purpose Flour ¼ cup Cocoa ½ Baking Soda 40 g Dark Chocolate Chips .5 pack Mello Mallo Marshmallows

If you love chocolate (duh) and marshmallows then this is the recipe for you! Make sure you double the quantity if you don't live alone ;)

Instructions

1. 

   Gather all your ingredients.

2. 

   MIx the flour with the soda and then add the cocoa. Beat the butter with the sugar and the egg and then add the vanilia extract.

3. 

   Combine all the materials in a large bowl and stir until they become a sticky mixture.

4. 

   Take the Mello Mallo marshmallows and cut them in half.

5. 

   Add them to the mix. With some flour in your hands make small balls of the mixture and put one marshmallow piece in the center. Cover the marshmallow with the mixture.

6. 

   Set the cookies on a cookie shit lined with baking paper.

7. 

   Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180oC.

8. 

   Shut the front door and enjoy!!!
