Delicious no-bake chocolate almond energy bites with no added sugar. Bet you can't eat just one!

You Will Need (8 things)
- 2 cup Natural raw Almonds
- ⅓ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 15 Fresh pitted Dates
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- ¼ cup Water
- ¼ cup Unsweetened Coconut
Steps (4 steps, 20 minutes)

Combine almonds, cocoa and cinnamon in food processor. Process until crumbly.

Add vanilla, dates, coconut oil and water. Process until mixture is combined. If mixture is still dry, add a teaspoon or so of water. The texture should be firm and sticky.

Remove mixture from processor and form into balls.

Pour unsweetened coconut into a small bowl and roll the balls in the coconut until well coated.
