I actually don’t like spicy things, but I find that whenever they’re well balanced with fats and citrus (like mayo and lemon) I can eat them and even enjoy them. Hence why I’m such an Indian food fanatic. I shouldn’t like it, but I do. This could be a very dangerous bit of knowledge for me to have though. I definitely foresee us using this on basically every savory food that we make for forever. One day I might actually figure out that whole doing stuff in moderation thing. That day is clearly not today.

This “recipe” is just a matter of slicing up your chilies and whizzing them up with the rest of your ingredients with your immersion blender or food processor. I prefer the immersion blender for thigh though because I feel like it makes a smoother sauce.
