You can coat the chicken in the sauce or just pour over.

You Will Need (17 things)

Chicken
- 1 cup Plain Flour
- 3 tsp Ginger
- 3 tsp Chinese Five Spice
- 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- Egg
- Oil

Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Oil
- 2/3 cup Honey
- 2 tbsp Hot Sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
Steps (5 steps, 60 minutes)

Heat oven 200 degrees.
Mix together flour, ginger, five spice, cayenne, salt & pepper.

Coat chicken with egg.

Coat chicken in flour mixture.
Place on tray.
Sprinkle with oil.
Bake for 20-30 mins until cooked through.

Sauce...
Mix all ingredients together.
Gently heat through until the sauce begins to thicken.

Pour sauce over chicken & serve.
