So here is a really pretty necklace I made from an old skirt I'd kept in a bag of 'clothes I don't want but like the fabric'. I'm sure we all have one of those bags ;o) I cut out one large circle, two medium circles and two smaller circles from the chiffon. I then made each circle into a puff (where you sew the circle up) and embellished each puff with a couple contrasting buttons to create puff flowers. When each flower was made, I then hand sewed the flowers onto a matching colour lace and left a nice drop at the front for effect. The back is done up by ribbon but you could add large fold over crimp bead findings to make it neater and professional.
