I saw the recipe on the hairy bikers website. So i decided to include and dis include some ingredients to create a simple Indian Korma.

    Gather all your ingredients. I forgot to put a couple in the pic :3

    Firstly, you need to prep your chicken. Pour in your natural yoghurt and some salt and pepper. Cover with cling film and chill for 30 minutes.

    Pour some oil into a frying pan and heat.

    Then, dice your onion finely.

    And your coriander.

    Add the onions into the pan and fry for about 5-10 minutes. After the onions are softened, add your cumin, chilli powder, bay leaf, turmeric, coriander, a pinch of salt and pepper, cinnamon and the crushed cardamom seeds.

    Take the ends of the whole clovers off before adding them!

    Add the double cream to the mixture,

    Add peas or mushrooms to the korma if you wish.

    Drain your chicken from the excess yoghurt. You only want a small amount of yoghurt on the chicken. If the yoghurt doesn't come off, use water.

    Add the chicken.

    Start to boil some rice in a sauce pan.

  13. You can have popadoms or naan bread. We had naan bread with ours.
