Easy to make. Salt the chicken for 1 hr before breading.
Easy to make. Salt the chicken for 1 hr before breading.
Sauce... Mix all ingredients together. Heat in microwave for 1 min. Allow to infuse for 30 mins.
Chicken... Place salt on chicken. Place in fridge for 1 hr. (not necessary but makes the chicken tender).
Coat the chicken in flour.
Dip in egg & water.
Coat in breadcrumbs.
Fry in oil until cooked through.
Serve chicken with sauce.
