You Will Need (16 things)

  • 2 cup Flour
  • 4 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs , separated
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 2 cup Milk
  • per waffle

  • 2 oz Chopped Bacon cooked
  • 1 oz shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Chicken

  • 2 Chicken Breast
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce
  • 2 cup Buttermilk
  • 4 cup Flour
  • Salt and Pepper

Steps (2 steps, 45 minutes)

    Sift the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Separate the eggs.
    In small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
    Mix together the egg yolks, milk and oil and stir slightly.
    Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Cook in waffle iron.

    soak chicken breast in Buttermilk and hot sauce
    dredge in seasoned flour
    fry chicken at 350 until internal temperature is at 165
    top waffle with favorite jam
    place chicken
    add whipped butter
    maple syrup, powdered sugar and fresh basil
