Chicken & Bacon Bake

This is a copy version of the Costco chicken bake.

It is quite easy to make.

You could probably use bought dough & already cooked chicken & bacon to save time.

You Will Need (12 things)

  • Crust

  • 2 cup Bread Flour
  • 1 tbsp Yeast
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Hot Water

  • Filling

  • Cooked Chicken
  • Cooked Bacon
  • Ceaser Dressing
  • Mozzarella
  • Eggs

Steps (12 steps, 60 minutes)

    Crust...

    Mix all crust ingredients together.

    Knead until smooth.

    Set aside on an oiled tray to rise for approximately 30 mins.

    Knock back the dough.

    Knead a little & cut into portions.

  4. 4

    Roll out each portion.

    Filling...

    Cut the chicken into cubes.

    Add the bacon & stir through.

  7. 7

    Add the dressing.

    Stir through.

    Place the filling into the crust.

    Add the mozzarella.

    Seal the edges with egg.

    Cut the top & bottom of the parcel straight.

    Brush the top of the parcels with some dressing.

    Heat oven 190 degrees.

    Bake for approximately 15-20 mins.
