Just ice the cupcake on the top and sides then press toasted coconut into the icing. Almonds for beaks, little icing dots for eyes, and Hot Tamale candy combs. :) Very cute, and super simple.

You will need

1 packets French Vanilla Cake Mix Vanilla Icing shredded Coconut toasted 1 cup whole Almonds 1 cup candy Hot Tamales Black Icing
