For the Manga contest! :3 Yeah, this is Chibirisu. Like, little England (from Hetalia) but with long bunny ears. And he has a butterfly on his face. I drew this in pencil and colored it with colored pencil. The background is just some old paper stuff for effects. I scanned this on my computer.
