Sweet & chewy cookies. The dough is pretty dry so squeeze it to hold together when rolling into balls.

You will need

2 3/4 cup Plain Flour 1 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Salt 1 cup Butter 1 1/2 cup Sugar 1 Egg 1 1/4 tsp Vanilla

Sweet & chewy cookies. The dough is pretty dry so squeeze it to hold together when rolling into balls.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 200 degrees. Cream sugar & butter together.

2. 

   Add egg & vanilla. Stir in.

3. 

   Add the dry remaining ingredients in. Roll into balls.

4. 

   Place onto a tray Bake for 10 mins. Let cool on the tray.

5. 

   Allow to cool on the tray.

6. 

   Serve.
