You will need

200 g Butter 350 g Brown Sugar 1/2 tsp Salt 1 Egg 2 tsp Vanilla 285 g Plain Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda

Sweet, chewy & delicious.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 175 degrees. Cream butter, salt & 300 g sugar together.

2. 

   Add egg & vanilla. Stir through.

3. 

   Add flour, baking powder & bicarb. Combine to make a dough.

4. 

   Roll dough into balls & coat in remaining sugar. Place on tray & bake for 10-13 mins.

5. 

   Serve.
