Easy to make muffins. You can use fresh, maraschino or jarred cherries for this recipe.

You will need

1 3/4 cup Plain Flour 1/3 cup Sugar 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 1 cup Buttermilk 2 Eggs 2 tbsp Vanilla 2 oz Butter Melted & cooled 3/4 cup Cherries Chopped

Easy to make muffins. You can use fresh, maraschino or jarred cherries for this recipe.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 400/200 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together.

2. 

   Mix all wet ingredients together except the butter & cherries.

3. 

   Pour the wet ingredients into the dry along with the butter & cherries. Mix until just combined.

4. 

   Place batter into muffin cups. Bake for 20-22 mins until cooked through.

5. 

   Remove from the oven & cool completely.

6. 

   Serve.
