Nice & easy to make. Tastes really good served with Icecream. You can use different fruit if you like.

You will need

450 g Cherries Pitted 25 g Butter Melted 100 g Sugar 3 eggs 100 g Plain Flour

Nice & easy to make. Tastes really good served with Icecream. You can use different fruit if you like.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 200 degrees. Mix the butter, sugar & eggs together until bubbly.

2. 

   Add the flour & gently fold in.

3. 

   Pour cherries into dish.

4. 

   Pour batter over the cherries. Bake for 30 mins until set.

5. 

   Cut & serve.
