i love chenille wire, its so soft and bright coloured ! I love the kitschy look of it.
It always make me smile;-D
Usely only kids using this for their crafts.
Lately i using it too.:-D Too in my art projects, but why not less seriously, so i thought why not a necklace.
Its was very fun to make it and soooooo easy.
I hope you like it too.

I have add more steps , its less, but it makes it more understandable. i hope, so don't be afraid of all those steps.LOL

Of course you can use the flowers for other things on a wrapped present, or a brooche or .... suprise me.LOL

You Will Need (6 things)

Hot Glue Gun And Sticks
coloured Paper Clip
Jewellery Pliers
Scissors
for fixing plants Wire
Chenille Wire or pipe cleaners

Steps (39 steps, 60 minutes)

gather your materials togehter.
Later i used a hot glue gun with sticks.
so ... set him too by your materials.!

You can use insteade of the paperclips, elektric wire.

the chenillle wire flowers how to:

pick your fave colour for the basic of the flower.
fold it like a 4 or 5 points star.
Cut the end of.

twist the ends of the wire in each other.
Like you have a flower point. Look at the picture.:-D

shape the flower a little more .
You're done with the basic.

Now the in between part.
choose an other colour and turn it in a nice circle.
Like the picture, and cut it off.
Okay , you're ready for the next part;-D

unfold the paperclips.

and turn this to in a circle, till the end.
Now you have maked all the parts for one flower.
Make like this 4 more.;=D

assemble the flowers:

take the big chenille flower put a chenille circle on it and after that the paperclip, thread those parts with the wire of the plants .
Like you can see on the pict.

make a big knot in the wire , like the pict.
You m ust make more loops in the knot, then i did the first time. a three double knot just in one.

After that, cut of the wire of leaving a big piece after the knot. Thread the parts backwards together.
Glue the part with the hot gun together.
It isn't nesessary but you will have a more durable necklace if you do so;-D

Like this picture, pull the wire.
Click on the picture for a better view.
do the same with all the other flower parts.

the chains between the flowers.
Cut of 4 parts of chenille wire of 18cm / 7 inches.
Like the pict.

cut of 2 part of cheniell of 5 inches / 14 cm.

Put this a side for later.

Making the links:
1.unfold the paperclips

2. make on one site a circle inwards. sie the picture.

3. do the same on the other side and you're done.

Make for links for each site of the nekclage.
Unwrap two paperclips of an other colour for making the closure.

Making the closuring:

1'. unfolding of the paperclip.

2. fold the paperclip in two.

Make a circle to the outside, but take care that you have a big part unwraped. (like the pict)

Make an outside circle on the other side, and you're done.
You finished your first part of the closuring.:-D

Do the seccond part on the same way, but take care that the left over part is smaller, this will be the hook.

Fold the middel part down. like the picture and you have finished the hook part too.;-D

Be sure it works good, The hook must get easy in the eye before you assembling it on the necklace.

the inbetween links:
Okay now you must cut of from the wire pieces of 14 cm/5 inches.

take the paperclip link and thread it on the wire like the picture shows you.

thread the other paperclip link on it too.
Fold one small part down the inside, (the speace must be like a paperclip wire)

Fold the long piece in the middle of the in between space of the link.

twist the wire round tilll the end and you have finished your first inbetween link.;-D

Do the same with the other part .

so you become a two chains like the picture shows you.

the closure in between link.:

cut of the same length of the wire.
Thread one circle of the hook and one of the paperlink on the green wire.
Fold the small part of the wire down inside the long piece of the wire.

thread the other hook circle on the wire,

and fold this to the middle of the in between part.

wrap this around the link tilll the end.
Now you have finished one part of the closuring.
Do the same with the other part of the closuring.

The in betweens links of the flowers:

Pick up the longest part of the chenille.
fold them like a circle and make a wraping with the ends.

Pick up the flower part and thread the chain on the wire of the flower, and fix it with the wire two or three times.
Do the same on the other side .

fold the chenille chain close togther, and wrap the plant wire around the chenille. Both sides of the green plant wire. like the picture.

when you do it tight the wrapping its becomming prietty. the fibers of the chenille becoming more fluffy.

Do all the same with the other in between links .

Pick up the smaller chenille wires.
fold a chain , a small one, wrap the ends around.

Connect the chenille chain like the big ones to the ends of the last flowers, connect a inbetween link like the ones you maked between the paperclips..
an at last wrap the green wire on the chenille wire chain like you did by the other big ones.
Like the picture show you.

When you have connecting both sides , you're done.
You have finished the necklace. Yeahhh!!!

I hope you like this just like me;-D
I like the pretty look, and you can always use this flowers for somthing else, for on a present wrap, or on a bag or as a brooche or in your hair.
but i like this the most.
