Cheesecakes

Delicious mini cheesecakes! The flavors are cookies n cream, banana pudding with meringue, key lime and regular. Most of them have a vanilla wafer crust but the cookies n cream ones have an oreo crust. YUM!!!

I started with a plain cheesecake recipe then started tweaking it a bit. I also found some flavored cheesecake recipes online and changed them to be mini. Took some work with baking times and such, but so worth it.
