We held a cheese pageant! Our favorites were selected based on such qualities as beauty and compatibility. A fun twist on the traditional cheese pairing party, we'd love to see your own contestants!

You will need

2 oz Tequila + lime & soda 1 ripe Plum quartered 4 carr's Water Cracker 4 tbsp cayenne caramel Pepitas syrup (drizzle) 4 plump Blackberries 4 oz capricho de cabra Goats Cheese 2 tsp Honey drizzled 4 Rice Cracker 4 sprigs Mint 8 oz Prosecco 2 oz rich farmer's, 5 year aged Gouda 4 oz Vermont sharp white Cheddar Cheese 2 fresh Radish halved 4 drop Olive Oil as embellishment Hawaiian black Lava Salt sprinkle atop 4 oz Bourbon + soda and squeeze of lemon (1 oz each) 2 oz epoisses berthaud aoc washed Rind Cheese 4 carr's Water Crackers 4 mini Kiwi ends snipped 4 oz oaky Chardonnay 3 oz english stilton Blue Cheese 8 oz pralined Bacon 4 dried Cherries or fresh, halved 8 chocolate Stout 2 sugar dusted Ines Roasales olive anise Torta halved 8 oz ginger Apple Juice & soda
